Lori is an accomplished nurse professional and Legal Nurse Consultant with Hall Schieffelin & Smith, P.A. She works closely with the attorneys beginning with pre-suit investigations through the entire litigation process. Her consulting functions include review of pre-suit cases; retaining appropriate experts; preparing denial affidavits, summaries and chronologies; retaining and conferencing with medical experts (physicians and nurses); preparing memoranda of expert opinions for attorneys and clients; medical research and medical record organization.

Her professional career includes working as a nurse in Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, Surgical and Perioperative Nursing/Recovery Room, Reproductive Medicine, and Long-term Infusion Therapy.

Lori attended South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science. She attended Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing in Teaneck, New Jersey, where she earned her Nursing Diploma.
